At Amirah Love.K – Skin Therapy, we aim to process and ship all orders efficiently so you can begin experiencing the calming effects of our skincare as soon as possible.

                                                            

Shipping Costs

  • All shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

  • Customers are responsible for covering shipping costs.

  • We currently ship within the UK and Internationally.

 

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–4 business days of purchase.

  • Please note that weekends and public holidays may affect processing times.

 

Estimated Delivery Times (UK)

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days after dispatch

  • You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days after dispatch

Delivery Issues

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier or for packages lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

  • If your package is delayed or missing, please contact the courier first using your tracking number.

Pre-Orders or Launch Delays

  • If an item is marked as pre-order, estimated shipping time will be clearly stated.
