At Amirah Love.K – Skin Therapy, we care deeply about your experience and stand behind the quality of our handmade, natural skincare products. If there’s an issue with your order, we’ll do our best to make it right.

 

What We Accept

Because our skincare products are handmade and designed for personal use, we can only offer refunds or replacements in the following cases:

• The item arrived damaged during shipping

• You received the wrong product

If this applies, please email us at amirahlove.k@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can resolve it quickly.

 

What We Cannot Refund

We are unable to offer refunds or returns for:

• Change of mind after ordering

• Adverse skin reactions due to undisclosed sensitivities or incorrect use

• Opened or used products for hygiene reasons

We strongly recommend performing a patch test before first use, especially for sensitive skin.

 

How Refunds Work

Once we’ve reviewed and approved your claim:

• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

• Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank to process the return
